01 · General information

This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the services provided by Apex Link SRL, headquartered in Bucharest, Romania. By accessing this site and using our services, you agree to the terms described below.

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please do not use the site or services.

02 · Services provided

Apex Link SRL provides web design and development services, including, but not limited to:

• Business website creation
• Online store (eCommerce) development
• Landing page creation
• Branding and visual identity services
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Maintenance and technical support

The details of each project, including deliverables, timelines, and costs, are established individually through a contract or written proposal.

03 · Orders and payments

Collaboration begins after the proposal is accepted and, where applicable, a services contract is signed. Payments are made according to the terms set out in the proposal, typically an upfront deposit at project start and the remainder upon delivery.

Displayed or communicated prices do not include VAT unless otherwise specified. Invoices are issued in accordance with Romanian tax legislation.

04 · Intellectual property rights

Upon project completion and full payment for services, usage rights to the final product (website, design, materials) are transferred to the client, as set out in the contractual terms.

Apex Link SRL reserves the right to include completed projects in its own portfolio for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

05 · Client obligations

The client agrees to provide, in a timely manner, all materials, information, and access required for the project. Delays caused by failure to provide these elements may affect delivery timelines.

06 · Limitation of liability

Apex Link SRL cannot be held liable for indirect losses, service interruptions caused by third parties (hosting providers, external services), or improper use of delivered products by the client.

07 · Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect is the one published on the site at the time of access. Major changes will be communicated to active clients in advance.

08 · Governing law

This document is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Bucharest.
